Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Lead to join our Product team.

This is not a traditional corporate product management role focused only on maintaining roadmaps, optimizing isolated metrics, or running processes.

We are looking for a builder - someone who naturally identifies problems across the company and immediately starts thinking about how AI, automation, and smart systems can solve them.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, Fraud, Data, Marketing, and other departments to build scalable AI-powered solutions that create real business impact.

You should be highly proactive, hands-on, curious about new technologies, and excited to experiment quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve workflows, operations, products, and decision-making across departments
• Build and lead AI-driven initiatives from idea to implementation
• Create smart internal tools, automations, and AI workflows that improve company efficiency
• Work closely with engineering and data teams to launch scalable solutions
• Prototype quickly, test ideas fast, and iterate based on results
• Research and experiment with the latest AI tools, models, frameworks, and technologies
• Collaborate with multiple teams to deeply understand operational pain points and product opportunities
• Help shape the company’s long-term AI strategy and product direction
• Own projects end-to-end with a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building AI-driven solutions, automations, workflows, or applications , with a strong understanding of practical AI use cases, emerging technologies, and the ability to leverage AI to solve real business problems.
• Strong product mindset combined with a builder mentality
• Proven experience working on AI, automations, internal systems, or scalable technical solutions
• Deep interest in AI and emerging technologies
• Someone who enjoys building solutions, not just discussing ideas
• Ability to move quickly in fast-changing environments with minimal bureaucracy
• Strong understanding of APIs, AI workflows, automations, backend systems, and integrations
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
• Excellent communication and ownership skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience leading projects or teams is a strong plus
