Job Description: Main Functions

Within the international team he/she will participate in AltamarCAM international expansion and support Relationship Managers (RMs) in fundraising and client servicing:

• Track fundraising plans and activities – marketing calendars, investor activities and follow ups, coordinate meetings and roadshows.
• Prepare for and participate in marketing meetings with existing and potential investors and service providers.
• Assist in the production of materials for marketing, investor due diligence, client events (such as Annual Meetings, Supervisory Committees, seminars, and training sessions), as well as internal reporting
• Produce informational research, maintain CRM (contacts, notes, opportunity reports, etc.), benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
• Assist in ongoing investor relations activities, including due diligence, existing investor reporting, servicing, and ad hoc queries.
• Coordinate client onboarding, legal and regulatory registrations, filings and reporting.
• Gain exposure to a wide range of Alternative strategies. Participate in RM meetings and other training sessions.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in finance, preferably in asset management (including operations), capital markets, or investment banking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; foundational technical knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English (mandatory); Spanish and other languages are a plus. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills required.
• High attention to detail. Proactive, self-motivated, and well organized, with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate across teams.
