What You Will Do

As Lead QA Engineer , you will play a key role in shaping how quality is built, measured, and scaled across our platform, with a strong focus on automation and AI-driven testing .

You will:

• Define and lead NeuralTrust’s quality engineering strategy , moving toward an automation-first approach
• Design and implement scalable automated testing frameworks across frontend, backend, and APIs
• Leverage AI-driven testing tools for test generation, self-healing automation, and anomaly detection
• Ensure high standards across functional, performance, security, and reliability testing
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to define acceptance criteria and quality gates
• Establish and track quality metrics (test coverage, defect leakage, automation rate, etc.)

⭐️ About You

• 6+ years of experience in QA / Quality Engineering, with experience in a senior or lead role
• Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar)
• Hands-on experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience or strong interest in AI-driven QA tools and automation techniques
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Experience with API testing, performance testing, and debugging complex systems
• Programming/scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
