Mission :

Coordinating the continuous improvement within the Gonvarri organization by using Lean Manufacturing (SPG) methodology.

Roles and responsibilities:

Inspiring & supporting the Lean deployment by training people & obtaining quick wins.

Ensuring the Lean operational processes and procedures meet local regulations.

Monitoring the Lean performance of the areas/sites/lines under her/his responsibility.

Identifying & uncovering possible areas for improvement using the information available (Cost Deployment, SGI Yearly Plan, Budget, KPIs, operational triggers…).

Launching specific projects focusing the detected potentials.

Leading multi-disciplinary Improvement Kaizen Teams.

Tracking the PDCA established by Kaizen Teams.

Mainstreaming best practices.

Filtering requests for assistance from Local and/or Regional SGI to Corporate SGI, prioritizing intra-regional assistance and mainstreaming.

Providing training in Lean/SPG methodology & tools to Local & Regional teams.

Maintaining Lean/SPG methodology & documentation constantly updated.

Conducting internal SGI Audits (upon request)

Pushing for the accuracy of the operational information concerning SGI.

Achieving her/his private goals and the ones of the SGI team.

Basic requirements:

Estudios y conocimientos específicos / Studies and expertise:

• Technical background, preferably Engineering or Sciences.
• Regulated education in Lean Manufacturing and/or Lean Six Sigma.
• Specific training will be appreciated:
• H&S: Occupational Safety, Applied Ergonomics.
• Environment: Product Life Cycle Analysis & Circular Economy, knowledge of Zero Liquid discharge Systems.
• Quality: Core Tools, Automotive specific norms.
• Certified auditor IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14000, VDA will be appreciated.

Languages :

• English.
• Spanish will be appreciated.

Tools:

• Expertise in Excel, Powerpoint.
• Fluency in Power BI or other database management tools.
• Basic knowledge of SAP at user level.
• Project Management.

Experiencia / Experience:

• 3 years in industrial areas leading continuous improvement projects
• Experience in operational functions: Production, Logistics…
• Experience in auditing will be appreciated
