We are looking for a Market manager - Business consultant to join our team!

The Market Manager acts as the primary connection between the project team and markets, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution of connectivity rollouts. They manage market-level activities, drive lifecycle upgrades and innovations, and oversee quality and lifecycle management throughout rollout operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Coordinate and oversee market-level rollout activities

- Setup and steering of lifecycle rollout projects (pilots, planning, stakeholder / time / cost / quality management)

- Ensure communication between local teams, central project teams, and stakeholders

- Support training, onboarding, and enablement activities within the market

- Monitor delivery standards and provide continuous market feedback

- Ensure compliance with processes, governance, and rollout prerequisites

- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and conflicts

- Prepare and present precise content for various audience levels

- Build strong market relationships and support long-term collaboration

- Key Account responsibility for one or several complementary team mandates as for example

Terms & Conditions,

License Extensions or Blueprint maintenance

Cualificación

Education

- Preferred Bachelor degree in IT (Computer Science, IT Engineer, Business Informatics or Mathematics). Alternatively Industrial Engineering or Business Administration

Languages:

- Fluent English (B2-C1) mandatory

- German is a plus

- Additional languages are an advantage

Technical knowledge

- Solid knowledge of Sales digital products and processes, with the ability to understand market-specific requirements

- Strong understanding of connectivity, digital topics, and IT processes

- In-depth knowledge of products and processes and their integration with surrounding systems

- Advanced proficiency in Jira (boards, workflows, dashboards, reporting)

- Strong knowledge of Confluence for documentation, structuring, and knowledge management

- Ability to understand integrations between systems and market-related processes

Experience

- More than 3 years of experience as Business consultant with deep understanding of IT processes, tools, and project management

- Proven experience serving as the primary point of contact, including communication, knowledge transfer, inquiry management, market visits, and resolution of system-related issues

- Experience communicating across different hierarchy levels including higher management

- Demonstrated experience in managing change processes and resolving conflicts effectively within organizational environments

Travel Availability

- Availability to travel internationally (~5%)
