Project Coordinator

Location: Spain (Fully Remote)

83zero are partnered with a market-leading cybersecurity organisation seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Professional Services team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in networking, professional services, or cybersecurity who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of short-term projects, typically with less than 10 days of total effort. You will play a key role in coordinating resources, ensuring successful delivery, and keeping projects on track from initiation through to completion.

You will manage approximately 20 projects simultaneously, requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively across competing demands.

Working closely with highly skilled technical specialists, you will help drive customer projects through the implementation lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment resources across multiple concurrent projects
• Manage around 20 simultaneous projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and customers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Support the Professional Services team with planning and scheduling

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Previous experience in networking, professional services, or cybersecurity environments
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Experience using spreadsheets, project management tools, and collaboration platforms
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise across multiple projects
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
• Interest in cybersecurity
• Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) is advantageous
