The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Barcelona! As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding in-store experience, supporting daily operations and representing the POP MART brand with energy and positivity. If you love designer toys and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, helping customers discover and fall in love with our products
• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
• Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Handle payments and follow correct procedures at the cashier point
• Monitor product availability and support stock management
• Help with inventory checks and prevent stock loss or damage
• Participate in new product launches and merchandising updates
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Be a team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store environment
• Be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
• A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service
• Ability to support sales goals and contribute to team performance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks
• Reliable and well-organized, with strong attention to detail
• Basic experience with cash handling and administrative tasks like scheduling
• Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• A team player who brings positivity and helps motivate others

Desirable but Not Essential

• Experience in the toy or collectibles industry
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
• Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems

Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Retail experience: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Right to Work in Spain (required)
