A leading company in the Engineering sector is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Talent team in Seville.

Your Role

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for engineering and highly technical profiles.
• Conduct direct search, market mapping, and talent attraction strategies for niche roles.
• Lead competency-based interviews and in-depth candidate assessments.
• Act as the main point of contact for hiring managers and technical teams, ensuring full alignment.
• Work with various ATS platforms and prepare KPIs, reports, and analytics.
• Contribute to strategic recruitment initiatives and employer branding projects.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in recruiting engineering or technical positions (mandatory).
• Proven experience working with multiple ATS tools .
• English level B2 minimum , C1 highly valued.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with autonomy, accuracy, and a results-driven mindset.
• Solid understanding of the technical job market.
